Hello and thank you for visiting the Progress Wall. Our strategy sets out the right direction for us at Shell. We have an opportunity to deliver Powering Progress together. So let me ask you: What experiences or insights make you believe that we can do it? I'm looking forward to seeing your answers. They really matter to me because we will only be successful in profitably transitioning into a net zero business if we act together. Let's share the inspiration as we continue to power progress.
WIN a meeting with Wael plus the chance of a personal coaching session.
The authors of the three contributions with the highest number of reactions (likes, hearts etc.) on the Progress Wall will be invited to a virtual meeting with Wael – as they’ve inspired the most people across the organisation.
And throughout July and August, 20 other lucky winners will be picked randomly from the Progress Wall. Each winner will be invited to an online coaching session with an external expert – a fantastic chance to discover more about yourself, your personality style, key strengths and development areas to enhance your performance. We’ll let you know via email if you are a winner.

What makes me believe we can Power Our Progress together? Well, my team does. It's an incredible group of people. And I know that we have plenty of teams like this across Shell. I believe together we're absolutely unstoppable.
Energy security is very high on our agenda today. Like the rest of Europe Germany was hit very hard by the energy crisis in the wake of the Ukraine war. How we work together, cross-border, cross-teams to keep things running, to keep the country supplied, keep houses warm, to keep cars moving, and to let machines run was an impressive example of what we can do for society. We are Powering Progress and we supply the energy people need today and tomorrow.
Whether it was the GSAP upgrade, go live back in 2013, rolling out Shell MarketHub around the world from 2014 to 2017, working in LSC EMEA and seeing how our products get to our customers or being in Internal Comms now... All of you: awesome people I've worked with have challenged me, helped me grow and proven that together we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. So I believe that we're going to deliver Powering Progress because of each and every inspiring one of you. We've got this. Let's go.
